| The mission of the Optimal Learning Center (OLC) is to provide assistance to students, parents, and staff in the areas of instruction and/or modification of curriculum. The OLC teacher serves those students in the primary grades who have accelerated skills, learning delays, and/or learning differences. Services are presented within the large group or as instructor of a small group chosen by the classroom teacher. The OLC teacher also provides observations of specific students and consultation with appropriate staff and parents concerning specific student needs. |
